To cancel or change your flight, please read the conditions carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Mega Passagens follows ANAC rules for canceling a ticket. The 2 main rules are:
1 – Ticket for less than 7 consecutive days: For example, you buy a ticket for tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow, or in the period between today and 7 days. You cannot cancel the ticket.
2 – Ticket for more than 7 days: For example, you buy a ticket for 10 days from now, or 20 days from now, for a few months from now. You have 24 hours to cancel, but we need enough time to make the cancellation, so cancellations for this type of purchase will be made if sent at least 4 hours in advance, before completing 24 hours after the ticket is issued. After 24 hours from the ticket is issued, the cancellation may or may not be made. We will have to check the rules of each airline and their respective costs for making the cancellation. In some cases, it is not possible to make the cancellation.

3 – Issuance Cost: On our website we charge the issuance cost, this is a service provided so that the operator can issue the ticket within the airline’s website. This amount is non-refundable.
4 – Cancellation Service Cost: The cancellation service cost is R$100 per Passenger (CPF) as stated on the ticket.
5 – Ticket cancellation availability: Each airline is responsible for creating its own ticket cancellation rules. Like Latam, Azul, Gol and others, Mega Passagens is not responsible for any obligations arising from the cancellation rules established by the airlines. Some routes do not have cancellation/refund availability on certain airlines. For further information, please contact our consultants.
6 – How to Request Ticket Cancellation: To cancel an airline ticket purchased through the Mega Passagens website, you must send an email to the email address passagens@megapassagens.com.br with the title “Ticket cancellation” and/or send a message through one of our customer service channels such as WhatsApp (19) 9 9185-6007. It is important to send your information such as name, CPF, locator and trip section to speed up your service.
7 – Refund: If everything goes well with the cancellation, the value of the airfare and boarding fee will be refunded via PIX or Bank Transfer. The deadline is up to 3 business days. If there is any cancellation fee either by the airline or by a Mega Passagens Service, the payment will be discounted and only the difference will be refunded.

Impossibility of Boarding: If you are unable to board due to any problem related to you, such as delay, forgetfulness, etc. There is no way to cancel or reschedule the flight. If you have a problem and are unable to board and the flight has not yet taken place, contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to reschedule it. This rescheduling will be borne by the airline and the Mega Passagens service.
If you arrive at the airport and are unable to board due to an issue with the airline, try to resolve everything directly with the airline at the airport itself. Always get a protocol or a document from the airline stating the reason for your inability to board, so that you can later request a refund directly from the airline or through legal means.
9 – Flight Rescheduling: Each airline is responsible for creating its own rescheduling/change rules. Therefore, some routes, dates and fares are not available for changes. Others may have the option of rescheduling, which will incur costs for the airline and for the Mega Passagens service.
